2026 Road Program Schedule

Here is the tentative schedule which will be updated as needed depending on weather or anything that could arise that could affect the work:

Haines Paving & Landscaping Inc. is the contractor responsible for the road repair contract and then AMS will be the contractor responsible for the oil and chip and slurry seal.

• Monday, June 29th- Mud Road Crossover Pipe- It will take up to 4 days, and the road will be closed from 7AM-7PM during work (local access will be maintained). Mud Road will be close from Penns Park Road up to 560 Mud Road. Anyone who needs to access 560 Mud Road or beyond that point should access Mud Road from Worthington Mill Road.
• Tuesday, July 7th- Thompson Mill Road- work will take place near where the culvert was replaced last year. Also, a small area of base repair will take place on Lark and Pheasant this week.
• Monday, July 13th- Wrightstown Hunt (Fox Hill Drive and Martindell Drive)- work on base repair, inlets, and Belgian Blocks will take place this week.
• Monday, July 20th- Hallowell, Wooley and Crescent Drive Mill and Paving is tentatively scheduled. No parking will be allowed on the roadway during this time- homeowners will be notified.
• End of July (tentative dates coming soon!)- Oil and Chip will take place on the following roadways:
  • Thompson Mill Road- Oil and Chip
  • Mud Road- Oil and Chip
  • Fox Hill Drive- Oil and Chip/Slurry Seal
  • Martindell Drive- Oil and Chip/Slurry Seal

Please note some temporary closures or delays may happen during construction. Please be patient and be careful around the crews when they are working.
