BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WORK SESSION
MEETING MINUTES
October 23, 2002

The meeting was called to order at 5:05 p.m. by Chair Chester Pogonowski.  In attendance were Vice Chair Jane Magne and Member Allen Masenheimer.  Also in attendance was Eileen M. Bradley, Township Administrator, Robin Hoy of the Environmental Advisory Council and resident Jerry Yerkes.

Ms. Hoy and Mr. Yerkes presented a proposal for composting at the Anchor Run Farm.  The Board agreed to withhold plans for composting until further progress was made on plans for a CSA at the site. 

Mr. Don Marshall, Esquire, and Mr. and Mrs. Riley discussed issues relating to the ABC-123 Day Care Center.  The Day Care was given two week’s extension on a violation notice for occupancy of a residence without proper permit.

Final Plans for Garner Land Development were signed. 

The Board of Supervisors also discussed legal and personnel issues in Executive Session. 

There being no further business or comment, Mr. Masenheimer made a motion, seconded by Ms. Magne to adjourn at 7:50 p.m.  All were in favor.
