WRIGHTSTOWN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORK SESSION MEETING MINUTES July 10, 2002
The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. by Chair Chester Pogonowski. In attendance were Vice Chair Jane Magne and Member/Treasurer Allen
Masenheimer. Also in attendance was Eileen M. Bradley, Township Administrator, Eagle Scout Candidate Jeff Morrow, Mr. Morrow, Mr. Sam Willard, Mr. Neal Willard, Mr. Dan Klein and Mr. James Linske of Donovan
Associates, and Mr. John Pisani of Remington & Vernick Engineers.
Eagle Scout Community Service Project: Mr. Morrow said that Eagle Scout projects usually involve about ten scouts, three adults, and five to eight
hours labor per person. Jeff would plan the project from concept through to completion, as well as manage the actual work performed.
Mr. Pogonowski proposed that a footbridge would be needed at the Octagonal School, to connect the School lot with the adjoining open space parcel. The
footbridge would cross an existing drainage swale. Mr. Morrow said that he felt that the project was one that could be handled by the Scouts. Jeff would draw up a plan of action to present to the Board
of Supervisors at a future meeting.
Carousel Village: Mr. Willard expressed an interest in the future development of parcels owned by the Willard Family. He asked permission
to approach the Board of Supervisors in the future to discuss conceptual ideas.
Building Renovation/Addition Project: Plans for the proposed construction were discussed. Tentative bid advertisement was scheduled for July
23, 2002.
There being no further business or comment, Mr. Masenheimer made a motion, seconded by Ms. Magne to adjourn at 9:25 p.m. All were in favor.
Respectfully Submitted,
Eileen M. Bradley Township Administrator
