WORK SESSION
MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 10, 2002
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by Chair Chester S. Pogonowski. Also in attendance were Vice Chair Jane B. Magne and Member Allen G.
Masenheimer and Administrator Eileen M. Bradley.
It was agreed that Ms. Bradley would proceed with arranging internet access to be connected with the existing network system.
As there would be no meeting of the Board of Supervisors on April 15 due to the annual convention, it was agreed to sign Escrow Release #4 for the Wilkins
Subdivision.
In an effort to make bookkeeping policies reflect better accounting practices, the time between when hours are worked and when checks are processed and signed
and employees receive their checks will be shortened. This will result in an unscheduled pay period.
The working week paid was changed from hours worked Monday through Sunday to hours worked Sunday through Saturday. This corresponds with the actual work
week. The change of policy results in no change in rate of pay, or annual wages earned.
An old salt spreader box will be disposed of in accordance with Resolution 725.
Live broadcast of Council Rock School District (CRSD) meetings on channel 58 was discussed. The need was questioned, as CRSD already broadcasted live on
Channel 78 throughout the Township.
It was agreed that, although land development would be waived for the new municipal renovation and addition, a public presentation would take place on May 6.
There being no further business or discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 7:24 pm.
