Annual Fall Road Inspection commenced at 8:00 a.m.  In attendance were Chair Chester Pogonowski, Vice Chair Jane Magne, Township Administrator Eileen Bradley, Township Engineer Mario Canales of Pickering, Corts and Summerson, Inc., and Road Foreman Stephen Kraiss.

Wrenwood Way drainage issues were addressed with neighbors Frank Davis and David Keough.  A survey crew would come out to outline a possible plan of action involving the possible installation of drainage boxes or swales.  Pickering, Corts and Summerson, Inc. would provide a proposal for oiling and chipping of roads throughout Wrenwood.

Brownsburg Road was considered for reconstruction in 2003.  Pickering, Corts and Summerson, Inc. would draw up proposals for several options

Jericho Valley Drive drainage at the Wons Subdivision would be reviewed upon completion of final paving, with possible retainage held until no drainage questions remained.

Pickering, Corts and Summerson, Inc. would instruct Gorman Brothers to cut out areas around inlet boxes to allow for proper drainage along newly reconstructed Cherry Lane.   The Highway Department would install new fog lines along Cherry Lane after Pickering, Corts and Summerson, Inc. installed baselines.

There being no further business or comment, inspection was concluded at 9:30 a.m.
